<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant fiber fabric having not only excellent properties for deodorizing smell of sweat comprising acetic acid, ammonia and isovaleric acid as main stench, but also washing resistance, and also having excellent water absorptivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deodorant fiber fabric includes a fiber covered with a film of polymer composition which contains (a) chitosan having a weight average molecular weight of not less than 10,000, and (b) a flavonoid and/or hydrolyzable tannin, and the pH of the fabric is not less than 6.0.
