PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the installation work of a trunk trim by dispensing with the peeping work of a worker. SOLUTION: This installation structure of the trunk trim includes a trunk front trim 10 for constituting the vehicle front side of the trunk trim, a pair of trunk side trims 20 for constituting both sides in the vehicle width direction of the trunk trim, and an upper panel U arranged above both the trunk side trims 20. The installation structure is characterized by including a hook-shaped locking part 32B arranged in an upper part of the trunk side trims 20, and a locking edge H1 arranged in a position corresponding to the locking part 32B in the upper panel U and holding a locking state with the locking part 32B by arranging the trunk front trim 10 between both the trunk side trims 20 after temporarily fastening both the trunk side trims 20 to the upper panel U by being locked to the locking part 32B.
