The tool has tool halves (2, 3) that cross over each other at a joint (4), where one of the halves forms a jaw (5) and a handle (6) on corresponding sides of the joint. The handle has a spring (8) made of elastically deformable rubber or plastic material. The spring comes into contact with the handle depending on inclination of the handle and generation of appropriate restoring force in an operating position of the spring. The handle is accommodated in a handle case, and the spring is supported on the handle in a for-fit manner to maintain the operating position or non-operating position. |
