The fitted-out board is able to be used in particular as a sill, in a wall (3) separating an internal environment (4) of a building and the environment (5) outside the building. It comprises a hollow casing (1) provided internally with an air movement device (12a, 12b) able to induce through the board (1) a first air flow from the internal environment (4) to the external environment (5) and a second air flow from the external environment (5) to the internal environment (4) so as to perform renewal of the air in the internal environment (4) and means (15, 16, 19) for treating said air flows. |
