DATA TRASMIT SYSTEM INCLUDING FEMTO BASESTATION FOR PROVIDING HANDOVER SERVICE

PURPOSE: A data transmitting system including femto base station device for providing a handover service is provided to obtain femto base station neighboring to a terminal and enable the terminal to determine femto base station which will be handover, thereby effectively performing handover from macro base station to the femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(410) transmits a femto base station identification signal to a terminal connected to a macro base station. A receiving unit(420) receives a femto base station acknowledge signal from the terminal by responding to a femto base station recognition signal. A control unit(430) performs handover about the terminal based on the femto base station recognition checking signal. The receiving unit performs handover about the terminal by measuring receiving quality of the femto base station recognition checking signal.
