METHOD OF HANDOVER

PURPOSE: A handover method is provided to control handover and a wireless resource usage amount using inter-base station communication, thereby guaranteeing service quality for the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal measures a cell about neighbor cells(S801). The terminal reports a cell measured result to a base station(S802). The base station determines whether the ratio of close neighbor cells is larger than a reference value(S803). If the ratio of the close neighbor cells is larger than the reference value, the terminal receives a handover command from the base station(S804). The terminal performs handover to a target cell(S805).
