PURPOSE: A cart operating system is provided to reduce damage to natural ecosystem by blocking people and to be used regardless of the installation of a rail. CONSTITUTION: A cart operating system is composed as follows. The inside traveling rails are hollows(30). Concave parts(13) are formed in the centers of the traveling rails. Rail tracks are formed by forming driving parts(20) formed in the top of the concave parts and base parts(25) formed in the bottom of the concave parts. The rail tracks are connected each other using fixtures.
