<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal solar battery and a method of manufacturing the same which secure the flexibility of the design to a rear surface electrode prepared on the rear surface of a crystalline substrate and enable the reuse of light transmitted from the rear surface of the crystalline substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal solar battery 10 includes a crystalline substrate 11 which expresses a photoelectric conversion function between a front surface 11i which receives light and a rear surface 11r which is opposed to the front surface 11i.
