<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately dispose the insertion part of an auxiliary tool to the insertion part of a nasal endoscope at a position corresponding to treatment contents, and to quickly perform coping even when the treatment contents are changed during an inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion part 16 of the endoscope includes an insertion part body composed of a distal end hard part, a curved part and a soft part, and an outer cylinder part 21 freely rotatably attached to the outer periphery of the insertion part body. On the outer surface of the outer cylinder part 21, magnets 80 and 82 are provided. On the outer surface of the insertion part 40 of the auxiliary tool, magnetic bodies 84 and 86 are provided. When the respective insertion parts 16 and 40 are arranged in parallel, the respective magnets 80 and 82 and the respective magnetic bodies 84 and 86 are magnetized, and the distal end of the insertion part 40 of the auxiliary tool 12 is fixed to the outer surface of the outer cylinder part 21.
