<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery capable of preventing a metal separator from deforming at a connecting passage side in a simple structure and securing a desired sealing property and gas circulation nature. <P>SOLUTION: An electrolyte membrane-electrode structure 16 intervenes between an anode side metal separator 18 and a cathode side metal separator 20 in a power generation cell 12 forming the fuel battery 10. An inlet connection passage 62a having a plurality of first elastic projecting member 60a for connecting between a fuel gas passage 44 and a fuel gas inlet communicating hole 34a is arranged on a surface 18a of the anode side metal separator 18. an outer seal 58c extending in a direction crossed with the first elastic projecting member 60a and third elastic projecting members 72a, 72a arranged in parallel with the outer seal 58c and being lower than the outer seal 58c are arranged on the surface 18b of the anode side metal separator 18 at a position corresponding to the inlet connection passage 62a of the fuel gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
