<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a fuel cell, wherein an electrode using a carbon nanotube is integrated with a separator; and to provide a fuel cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell separator, the structure for the fuel cell is composed of an electrode layer having conductivity and gas permeability and the framework part of a separator passage, and the separator is integrated with the electrode layer. In addition, the structure for the fuel cell is formed so that the electrode layer puts a bridge or a lid on a space portion forming a passage for moving substances.
