<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic titrator hardly generating an error during titration of sample liquid after water washing, even if the number of times of water washing is small, and to provide its pH calibration method. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, an acid side calibration process is performed, which includes: a storage step B1 for introducing acid standard solution into a titration vessel, storing pH of the acid standard solution and a potential of a pH electrode, and then discharging the solution; the first cleaning step B2 performed once or more times for introducing cleaning water into the titration vessel after the storage step B1, and then discharging the solution; a neutralization step B3 for introducing the cleaning water into the titration vessel after the first cleaning step B2, neutralizing the cleaning water with titration liquid, and then discharging the solution; and the second cleaning step B4 performed once or more times for introducing the cleaning water into the titration vessel after the neutralization step B3, and then discharging the solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
