ROTOR FOR PUMP AND INTERNAL GEAR TYPE PUMP USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the discharge quantity of a pump by making a tooth height freely set in a rotor for an internal gear type pump forming a tooth shape of an inner rotor using a trochoid curve.

SOLUTION: The tooth shape of the inner rotor 2 of the internal gear type pump is formed by an envelope of circular arc group of locus circles C of a diameter d2having centers on the trochoid curve TC drawn by points separated a distance equivalent to the eccentric quantity of both the rotors from a center of a rolling circle, which rolls on a base circle without slipping. The diameter d2Bat the center of a tooth bottom part is set larger than the diameter d2Tat a tooth tip part of an inner rotor of the locus circles C.
