<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed heat exchange apparatus automatically controlling an exchange flow rate to control a flow rate of exchange fluid, temperature distribution, humidity distribution or exchange gaseous or liquid state fluid composition. <P>SOLUTION: A binary flow channel fluid pumping device 123 is constituted by disposing one-way fluid pumps 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d pumping in one flow direction, on fluid ports a, b, c, d passing through a binary flow channel pathway of binary flow channel fluid of the heat exchange apparatus 1000. A temperature measuring device 11, a humidity measuring device 21 and a gaseous or liquid state fluid composition measuring device 31 are disposed on positions capable of measuring the temperature, humidity and gaseous or liquid state fluid composition changes of the exchange fluid, and measurement signals are used as the references for controlling the flow rate of exchange fluid pressure-fed by the one-way fluid pumps 120a, 120b, 120c, 120d of the binary flow channel fluid pumping device 123 controlled by a control device 250. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
