<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component having high electrostatic capacitance and a high breakdown voltage even when an internal electrode layer is made thin and multi-layered, and also having a suppressed structural defect. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component has an element body including the internal electrode layer and a dielectric layer, and the internal electrode layer contains at least Ni and has a line coverage of≥75%, an electrode average thickness of≤0.8μm, and an electrode average length of≥3.0μm, conductive paste used to form an electrode paste film which becomes the internal electrode layer after being burnt contains conductive powder having the Ni and common material particles made of ceramic particles, wherein >0 to≤10 mass% of the common material particles is contained for 100 mass% of the conductive powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
