<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp using silica glass for an arc tube, with high radiation characteristics of ultraviolet rays. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp of ultraviolet radiation having a silica-glass-made arc tube, includes a glass layer made from a substance with a lower softening point than silica glass formed on a surface of a discharge space side on a rear-surface side in a light emitting direction of the arc tube, a phosphor layer formed on a surface of the discharge space side of the glass layer, and an ultraviolet ray reflector formed between the glass layer and the arc tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
