<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus which prevents a reduction in work efficiency while a printing image of a printing pattern to be displayed on a display means is made close to a printing pattern to be actually marked, and also to provide a controller and a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: The laser marking apparatus includes: a console 6 that has a setting part 41 for setting marking information relating to a printing pattern; and a controller that displays the printing image IM of the printing pattern on the image display column 42 of a display screen 6a on the basis of the marking information set through the console 6. Then, the setting part 41 is provided with a line width input column 44 for setting the line width of the printing pattern for marking.
