PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of improving intake efficiency while reducing an intake sound. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 (the saddle-riding type vehicle) includes a main duct 22 formed so as to avoid a head pipe 2 and having a front side intake passage 20 and a rear side intake passage 4 connected to an air chamber 6, and a sub-duct 23 connected to the air chamber so as to avoid the head pipe 2 and having an intake quantity smaller than the main duct 22. The main duct 22 includes an intake valve 24 for opening-closing a flow passage of air of the rear side intake passage 4, and the sub-duct 23 includes a confluent part 23b merging with the air from the rear side intake passage 4 on the downstream side of the intake valve 24.
