<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary trap type water-saving toilet recycling rainwater and domestic wastewater and utilizing natural fall energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rotary trap type water-saving toilet includes a means 11 for mechanically turning a turning trap pipe 20 provided at a discharge part of a toilet bowl body 10. A flushing water storage tank 54 provided in the toilet bowl body 10 is connected to a flushing water storage tank 55 provided outside the toilet bowl body 10, and toilet bowl flushing water can be supplied to the flushing water storage tanks 54, 55 from an outdoor storage tank 66 storing rainwater, domestic wastewater or the like by a lift pump 65.
