PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet etc. which enables more precise measurement of electric resistance etc. with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet includes: a terminal portion 3a located on a first surface 1a of a sheet 1; an expanded terminal portion 3b which is located on a second surface 1b of the sheet 1 and is composed of a plurality of terminals insulated from each other to be brought into contact with a plurality of external electrodes or of a single terminal with an expanded area; and a conductive portion 5 which electrically connects the terminal portion of the first surface 1a to the expanded terminal portion of the second surface. The expanded terminal portion 3b is provided as a plurality of the expanded terminal portion, and the conductive portion 5 is provided as a plurality of diagonal conductive portions each of which separately penetrates the sheet diagonally to connect the terminal portion of the first surface to each of the plurality of the terminal portion of the second surface.
