PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back pack engine blower improving blower performance. SOLUTION: This engine blower 1 includes: an engine 31; a fan driven by the engine 31; a blower body 3 provided with a volute case 32 with the fan stored inside; an air duct connected to the blower body 3; and a carrying frame 2 supporting the blower body. The frame 2 is formed with a hollow cavity, and also has an outside air supply hole communicating with the internal space of the cavity and formed in a position opposed to a suction opening formed in the volute case 32 of the frame 2.
