<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, improving a game player's interest. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A game ball entering a first start hole is guided to a variable prize winning device 32, and guided to a start hole switch 402C and detected passing there through a receiving part 408 of a connector unit 404 of the variable prize winning device 32 and a second guide passage 409. That is, the variable prize winning deice 32 includes the start hole switch 402C of the first start hole, whereby a switch is eliminated from the first start hole to achieve miniaturization and reduce an occupying area in a game board. As a result, much more nails can be planted on the game board, whereby further variation can be made in the movement of the game ball in a game area to improve a game player's interest.
