<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a wind direction determination device for a vehicle which determines the wind direction of an air conditioning wind in a cabin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First temperature sensors TS1 and TS2 of a ceiling temperature distribution obtaining means 11 measure temperatures at measuring points A and B set on the cabin ceiling at which the air conditioning wind blown from a vehicle air conditioner into the cabin arrives. Based on the measured temperatures, a wind direction determination means 12 determines whether the air conditioning wind blown from the vehicle air conditioner into the cabin hits an occupant.
