PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently immobilize a thiol group binding substance. SOLUTION: A stimuli-responsive magnetic fine particle is made of a magnetic fine particle of which the surface is modified by a stimuli-responsive polymer. The magnetic fine particle is a complex of polyalcohol or polyalkyleneimine, and an iron oxide. The stimuli-responsive polymer is a heat-responsive polymer, a pH-responsive polymer, or a light-responsive polymer, and immobilizes a thiol group binding substance by a stimuli-responsive magnetic fine particle featuring the inclusion of a thiol group.
