<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a scroll fluid machine capable of segregating a lubricating oil from a refrigerant efficiently without increasing the number of component parts and lowering the speed of the lubricating oil sufficiently. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second balance weight 702 is installed at the lower end side of a rotor 7, and an oil segregating plate 72 is integrally attached to the undersurface of the second balance weight, wherein the second balance weight is furnished with a discharge passage 73 through which the refrigerant and the lubricating oil having passed a communication passage 71 penetrating the rotor and the second balance weight and collided with the oil segregating plate are guided toward the outer periphery of the oil segregating plate.
