摘要 The massive component (3) comprises hollow chambers, where the outer surfaces (1) of the massive component are exposed to a stream of condensable gas or gas-/vapor mixture or dry or drop-loaded vapor stream and the condensation of the stream does not occur on each area of the outer surfaces of the component exposed to the stream during falling below the respective condensation temperature or dew point. The surfaces of the component exposed to the gas- or vapor stream are structured in a nanoscopic and nanoscale morphological manner, and have crests (10) and troughs (11). The massive component (3) comprises hollow chambers, where the outer surfaces (1) of the massive component are exposed to a stream of condensable gas or gas-/vapor mixture or dry or drop-loaded vapor stream and the condensation of the stream does not occur on each area of the outer surfaces of the component exposed to the stream during falling below the respective condensation temperature or dew point. The surfaces of the component exposed to the gas- or vapor stream are structured in a nanoscopic and nanoscale morphological manner, and have crests (10) and troughs (11), which are formed on the surface in uniformly geometrical nanoscopic and nanoscale morphological pattern. The crests are uniformly formed as discrete point-like peaks and the troughs are uniformly formed as discrete point-like depressions. The amplitudes and depths of the troughs are geometrically dimensioned, so that a Knudsen number of larger than 10 is formed related to the average free path length of the gases or vapors flowing on the surface of the component. The cross section of each crest ascertained at the crest height (H) and viewed on top is 10 ->1>4>to 10 ->9>m 2>, where the crest height is 50-150 nm and the clear amplitude of the trough between the crests is 15-30 nm in all spatial directions. The surface structure of the component nanoscopically and nanoscale morphologically exposed to the stream is produced by coating of gas phase (chemical vapor deposition) on the components.
