<p>A method for processing IPTV channel switch is provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which includes the steps of: receiving an IGMP Leave message which is used for requesting to leave a first channel; recording user information corresponding to the IGMP Leave message; receiving an IGMP Report message which is used for requesting to enter a second channel; entering the user into a multicast group corresponding to the second channel, according to the recorded user information, and generating a multicast table item corresponding to the second channel; identifying and buffering a first multicast copy traffic corresponding to the second channel; deleting a multicast table item corresponding to the first channel; sending the first multicast copy traffic by adopting a unicast mode; switching to a multicast mode, and sending a second multicast copy traffic corresponding to the second channel in a multicast way according to the multicast table item corresponding to the second channel. According to the method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to solve the problem that there is freeze and mosaic in a screen when switching channels in lower cost.</p> |
