PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter supporting implement which enables the simple and safe operation of a lateral turning lock lever. SOLUTION: The lateral turning lock lever 50 of the gutter supporting implement 1 includes: a base plate 51 with a hole 52 for a connecting shaft to be penetrated; a pair of lower holding pieces 54 suspended downward from an end of the base plate 51 and facing each other; and a pair of lateral holding pieces 53 which are protruded toward both side parts of a gutter supporting implement body 30 from the end of the base plate 51.
