The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a device and a system for adjusting the measurement threshold of the user equipment (UE), which relate to mobile communication field, and are proposed to solve the problem in the prior art that the reporting threshold of the measurement of the UE can not exactly reflect the changes of the real radio environment when the cell boundary changes. In the method proposed by the embodiments of the present invention: whether the UE is at the edge position of the service cell is determined according to the received relevant information; the reporting threshold of the measurement of the UE in the service cell is adjusted to make the measurement threshold of the UE in the service cell accord with its position in the service cell, and the adjusted result is fed back to the UE in the service cell. The present invention is applied to mobile communication system.
