<p>The invention relates to the production and construction of fixed fencing structures. The fence comprises a supporting framework 1 and a working fabric 2 fastened thereto. The supporting framework 1 comprises a sequence of coupled cylindrical posts 3 which are made from stainless steel and are arranged on anchoring plates 4 embedded in a reinforced concrete slab. A structure comprising two stainless steel connecting pieces 9 which are interconnected with the aid of a right-angled board is placed onto the posts 3. The internal diameter of the connecting pieces coincides with the external diameter of the posts. Information is placed onto at least one surface of the board. The connecting pieces 9 are hermetically sealed by a removable cover 6. The working fabric 2 is fastened to the connecting pieces 9 with the aid of a screw connection. The fabric 2 is in the form of a large structure made of an aluminium section 7 intended for the fastening of information carriers 10 which are formed from transparent material. Information is placed onto at least one surface of the carriers. Illumination means 8 are arranged in the centre of the structure.</p>
