FIRE RESISTIVE METHOD OF HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE USING A HIGH DENSITY FIRE RESISTIVE SPRAYER

PURPOSE: A fire resistant method of producing high-strength concrete is provided to prevent the spallation of the high-strength concrete by combining a concrete cement-based fire resistant sprayer with a gypsum board and to obtain excellent fire resistance which is required for high-rise buildings. CONSTITUTION: A fire resistant method of producing high strength concrete comprises a step of spraying the high-strength concrete with a coating, which is obtained by mixing a fireproof coating material and water with a ratio of 1:0.5-1.5, respectively and a step of attaching a gypsum board to the coating. The fireproof coating material comprises: 20-88.6 weight% of an inorganic binder; 5-40 weight% of a fireproof insulating material; 5-30 weight% of an inorganic fire retardant; 0.1-30 weight% of a binding filler; and 0.3-6 weight% of an admixture which is a functional additive.
