PURPOSE: A novel compound for an organic photoelectric device is provided to have thermal stability and bipolar property which is capable of transporting a hole and an electron and to obtain superior lifespan and high luminous efficiency at a low driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A novel compound for an organic photoelectric device is marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 is selected from a group comprising an alkylene group having a single bond and a carbon number of 1-10 and an arylene group having a carbon number of 6-30. In the chemical formula 1, Ar2 and Ar3 is selected from an alkyl group with C1-C30, an aryl group with C6-C30, an arylamine group with C6-C30, and a heteroaryl group with C2-C30.
