PURPOSE: A mobile phone and a recording medium thereof are provided to intentionally use a communications service by using a call service through a prepaid call function. CONSTITUTION: An interface output part(170) outputs a call menu for communication expense payment. A call processing part(175) offers a call service with a wireless terminal of the other party(100) or a wired terminal by confirming the telephone number of the other party. An information confirmation part(180) confirms the payment tool and the operation state of the wireless terminal. A payment processing part(183) processes the payment of the communications fee after the usage of the call service of the foreign customer.
