<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference of sound wave by eliminating duplication of frequency bands to stabilize sound characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: At a lower part, an upper part of a speaker box 50 provided in a musical instrument body 30, four woofers Wo, each of four squawkers Sq and tweeters Tw are arranged. A DSP 12 selects waveform data from each waveform data group d corresponding to a depressed key and key depression velocity, inputs output from the waveform data in a MIX 61, outputs the waveform data from lines L1, L2, and generates waveform signals 47, 46 from output of the lines L1, L2. In a distribution part 14, the waveform signals 46 and 47 are converted into analog music signals 49 and 48, and the music signal 48 is separated into a music signal S1 which becomes only with high frequency components by a HPF 44, etc. and a music signal S2 which becomes only with low frequency components by a LPF 45.
