摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat diffusion sheet having such a structure that a graphite part is sealed by laminating a heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with high heat conductivity in a direction of a plane and a size larger than a graphite sheet to a heat sink, and which is reliable and low in price with a characteristic of transmitting heat to the heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: The heat diffusion sheet (10) has heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layers (2, 5) laminated at both sides as a principal surface of the graphite sheet (3), and the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) at the first side has substantially the same size as the graphite sheet (3) while the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (5) at the second side has a relatively larger size than the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) at the first side. Besides, the whole circumference of the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer at the second side is protruded from the graphite sheet (3). The pressure-sensitive adhesive force of the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2, 5) at each first side and second side shows the loss factor of the pressure-sensitive adhesive force of not more than 20% after being exposed to a temperature of 40°C for 168 hours compared with the case that it is measured at an early stage. The cured product of the polymer component of the heat conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2, 5) at each first side and second side shows the heat conductivity of not lower than 0.6 W/m K. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
