<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of collecting data for isolating a failure part from a terminal side at a failure after verification, and a system, method and program for isolating a network failure cause. <P>SOLUTION: When user authentication information of a specific terminal device is registered in a user authentication information registration step 41, user authenticated information corresponding to the information is stored in an optional number of communication devices or the like constituting a communication route from the terminal device to an authentication device in a user authenticated information storage step 42 in advance.
