<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and rapidly determining a deviator from a security rule. <P>SOLUTION: This video monitoring system includes: a monitoring camera 7 arranged at an angle of view for looking down at a personal authentication device 5 installed in the vicinity of a security gate 3; an entering/leaving management device 6 for unlocking an electric lock 2 of the gate when an authentic entering/leaving person is authenticated from an authentication result to the personal authentication device 5 by an optional person in passing through the security gate 3 and notifying personal attribute information obtained by the authentication; and an image processing device 8 for generating the personal attribute information as meta-information of a video imaged by the monitoring camera 7 when receiving the notification of the personal attribute information from the entering/leaving management device 6 and causing a video storage device 9 to store and manage the meta-information along with the video. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
