<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a gain apart from a frequency regarding a filter circuit limiting a frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A third signal prepared of a first control signal from a coefficient setting circuit (16) and a second control signal for controlling the gain is input to a first voltage/current conversion circuit (12), and the first control signal is input to a second voltage/current conversion circuit (14).
