PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism operating successively in parallel, a plurality of different measuring sequences by one automatic analyzer, having a check function avoiding duplicated use or operation interference of mechanism facilities, allowing the mechanism facilities to have a plurality of operation systems of a conveyance mechanism for conveying a reaction vessel, and suppressing minimally decline of a throughput by switching them as the need arises. SOLUTION: Before start of a measuring sequence of a requested inspection item, a mechanism facility using state is checked. When determined that there is an overlap in using timing, measurement start of the inspection item is advanced, to thereby avoid overlapping, and to perform accurate analysis. When a plurality of inspection items are requested, a logic for starting preferentially an item not generating overlapping use of the facility is loaded, to thereby perform efficient analysis.
