PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a stopper structure which can be arranged in better appearance for stopping the forward-fall rotation of a seatback on the way. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat 1 is provided for stopping the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 on the way at a forward tilting position or laying it down to a full fall-down position. A seat cushion 3 is linked to the seat back 2, and the seat cushion 3 is also linked to a front link 5 which is provided on a floor F in a rising/falling manner. Thus, it sinks down to the lower side in linkage with the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 while rotating the front link 5 to fall down. On a link portion between the front link 5 and the seat cushion 3, the stopper structure 40 is provided for locking the rotating movement of the front link 5 relative to the seat cushion 3 to stop the forward-fall rotation of the seatback 2 on the way at the forward tilting position.
