Ž<P>SOLUTION: The foreign matter entry prevention structure includes a knuckle having a shaft extended from a base to the outside of a vehicle body, a hub rotatably supported to the shaft via a bearing, a rotating member provided at an outer peripheral part at the inside of the vehicle body of the hub to be rotated integrally with the hub or separately from the hub, and a dust cover extended to the outside of the vehicle body to cover the rotating member from the base to prevent the entry of the foreign matter into the bearing since a tip is projected to the outside of the vehicle body more than a vertical wall surface located at the outside of the vehicle body of the rotating member.
