<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of efficiently combining two kinds of games. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a game board on which a prescribed playfield is provided; a passing start pocket provided in the playfield; the first lottery means executing a prescribed first lottery when a game ball passes through the passing start pocket; a center accessory 100 provided in the playfield; the second lottery means 150 which is provided in an inner space 103 of the center accessory 100, and executes a prescribed second lottery when the game ball passes through the second jackpot pocket 122 and enters in the inner space 103; a special game executing means which allows a player to play a special game more advantageous than a normal game based on a result of the first lottery or the second lottery; and an opening/closing device 130 which can open/close the second jackpot pocket 122.
