<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a magnetic antenna and an antenna device which suppress the deterioration of antenna performance while enhancing the mounting density of a mounting unit of the magnetic antenna in an electronic apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Spiral-shaped coil conductors 24-1, 24-2 are formed on a flexible substrate 23, and through holes 23W-11, 23W-21 at conductor opening unit sides are formed at the respective conductor opening units. Moreover, through holes 23W-12, 23W-22 outside a coil conductor forming area are formed at outside areas of the spiral-shaped coil conductors 24-1, 24-2. Magnetic cores 13-1, 13-2 are inserted into the through holes 23W-11, 23W-21 at conductor opening unit sides from a first main face side of the flexible substrate 23, and the magnetic cores 13-1, 13-2 are inserted into the through holes 23W-12, 23W-22 outside the coil conductor forming area from a second main face side of the flexible substrate 23 to the first main face direction.
