POWDER OF SELF-FLUXING COMPOSITE ALLOY HAVING WC GRAIN DISPERSED THEREIN, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder of a Co-based self-fluxing alloy, which can form a powder that can form a thermal-sprayed film free from voids superior in wear resistance, and to provide a method for producing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The powder of the self-fluxing alloy having WC grains dispersed therein is a powder in which the WC grains are dispersed in the inner part of the self-fluxing alloy. In the WC grains, 0.1 mass% or more of carbide-forming elements except W do not exist. In addition, a powder of a self-fluxing composite alloy having WC grains dispersed therein contains 15-60% of the WC grains with respect to the powder of the self-fluxing alloy having WC grains dispersed therein.
