PURPOSE: An indoor unit for an air conditioner is provided to simplify a repair work or an inspection work of electric parts by opening a part of an electric part cover. CONSTITUTION: An indoor unit for an air conditioner comprises a main body, a front panel, a heat exchanger, electric parts, and an electric part cover(5). Outlets are formed in both sides and the bottom side of the main body. The front panel is arranged on the front surface of the main body. The electric parts are formed in the main body or the front panel. The electric part cover shields the electric parts and has multiple units and connectors. The units can be partially opened. The connectors are integrally formed in the units and connect the units. |
