The device has a coupling element (5) fixed in a free-wheeling position during rotation of an actuating shaft (3). The coupling element is blocked at a radial drawing part in a coupling position by an electromechanical blocking unit (8) that is moved from an external working position to a working position. The external working position corresponds to the free-wheeling position, and the working position corresponds to the coupling position. A drive i.e. piezoelectric linear drive (9), is integrated with the actuating shaft for moving the blocking unit.
