The device (100) has a storage chamber (A) for filling and storing a liquid i.e. beverage, and a dosing unit for dosing the liquid. The dosing unit is coupled with the storage chamber in a firm and torque-proof manner. An actuating mechanism is coupled with the dosing unit for proportioned discharging of liquid from the storage chamber and/or the device. The chamber is sealed by an air-tight closure (2) such that the liquid is stored in the chamber in an air-tight manner. The dosing device is mechanically formed free from an external-driven, regulation-technical controller.
