The method involves forming a sealing layer by a metallic layer for sealing thermally and dynamically high compressed components (1, 2) e.g. combustion engine. The metallic layer is utilized for sealing a combustion chamber in a combustion engine or a reaction chamber in a chemical apparatus, where the metallic layer is made of ductile metal. The metallic layer is utilized for forming a positively-locked mechanical connection of the component and for optimizing heat transfer between the components operated with various functional temperatures.
