POLYAMIC ACID AND POLYIMIDE COATING LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: A polyamic acid solution and polyimide coating layer are provided to ensure excellent elasticity and stiffness and to obtain a display device with flexibility and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A polyamic acid solution for form substrate layer or protection layer of a display device contains aromatic dianhydride and aromatic diamine as base materials. The thermal expansion coefficient is 15 ppm/°C at the temperature range of 50~350°C after forming membrane. The stiffness after membrane formation is more than 5 mN/cm. The modulus after membrane formation is more than 5 GPa.
