WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING PILOT ALLOCATION, METHOD AND PILOT PATTERN THEREOF

PURPOSE: A wireless communications system, a method thereof, and a pilot pattern thereof are provided to improve transmission rate in a MIMO antenna system using an OFDM modulation. CONSTITUTION: A two sequential frame structure is provided(31). A frame structure comprises OFDM symbols in the time domain. Sub carriers are included in the frequency domain. Two pilots which are provided for each pilot stream are allocated in the first frame structure(32). Two pilots which are provided for each pilot stream are allocated in a second frame structure according to the pilot allocation of a first frame structure(33).
